Little Dinnicombe Holiday Cottage is situated in a peaceful rural
location in North Cornwall, surrounded by fields and beautiful Cornish countryside
and only 5 minutes from the wide sandy beach of Widemouth Bay, between Bude and
Boscastle in North Cornwall. Approximately 4 miles from the village of Week St. Mary, which has a village store/Post Office, church and pub which serves food ,and approximately 2 miles from the village of Jacobstow. Just a mile further on is Wainhouse Corner (on the Atlantic Highway A39) where you will find a store/Post Office, petrol station, pub and restaurant. |

Widemouth Bay with its large wide sandy beach and outstanding natural beauty is
only 5 minutes drive.
The popular seaside resort of Bude, with its sandy beaches, shops, pubs and numerous restaurants is just a 15 minute drive. |

| Explore the beautiful North Cornish Coastline. Crackington Haven, with its spectacular beach and cliff walks, Cornwall’s highest coastal point. Boscastle, renowned and attractive National Trust fishing village with its Heritage Coast Visitor Centre and craft workshops and its cliff-hung harbour entrance, small quay and walks. Tintagel, with the ruins of Tintagel Castle built in 12th and 13th century being the legendary birthplace of King Arthur, King Arthur’s Great Halls and The Old Post Office. Bodmin Moor, wild, windswept and awe-inspiring granite moorland overlooked by summits of Brown Willy (1377ft) Cornwall’s highest point, and Roughtor, with Bronze Age remains including stone circles and menhirs. Port Isaac, unspoilt fishing village, the famous location for Poldark TV series. Padstow, one of the least spoilt of Cornish fishing ports. The Hartland Peninsula, North Devon and Clovelly, the famous North Devon coastal village with its cobbled streets, flower-strewn cottages and 14th century harbour are also just a short drive away. |

Little Dinnicombe Holiday Cottage is a self-contained, spacious, one bed-roomed holiday cottage in a rural peaceful location with its own private courtyard garden, and off-road parking, ideal for couples who want a relaxing break, but within easy reach of all that Cornwall has to offer. |

Accommodation comprises of, entrance hall leading to a large lounge, with window to the front and patio doors opening out onto its own private courtyard garden. The lounge has comfortable seating for relaxing, with television and DVD player (please bring your own disks). There is a woodburning effect electric fire for those chilly evenings. |
| Off the lounge is the compact kitchen/dining area with window looking out to the courtyard garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a full size electric cooker, microwave and fridge, plus table and chairs for indoors dining. |

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the cottage – but please feel free to smoke in the courtyard garden if you wish. The cottage has off-road parking. |

Electricity and hot water is included in the price of the cottage and
during the winter months central heating is included.
Bed linen is provided (except cot linen). We do not supply towels or beach towels – you should bring your own. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed to. Lettings commence at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Short breaks are available on request. |

How to Book
A deposit of £100 per week is payable when booking. The balance of the total cost of the cottage rent is payable six weeks before the holiday commencement date. However, if your booking is made less than six weeks before the holiday commencement date then the total cost of the cottage rent is payable when booking. |
